日本の伝統文化である茶道を気軽に体験できる、浅草の茶道体験サロン「和茶子-wasako-」が
2025年6月30日、老舗料亭の「茶寮一松」内へ引っ越しました。
Experience the Heart of Japanese Tradition at Wasako –A Japanese Tea Ceremony Salon in Asakusa
As of June 30, 2025, Wasako, a tea ceremony salon where you will casually experience the traditional Japanese art of tea, has relocated to the historic restaurant Charyou Ichimatsu in Asakusa.

1952年創業の登録有形文化財でもある伝統的な和風建築の一軒家にて、茶道体験を受けることができます。石畳の廊下・中庭・畳・床の間・特別な掛け軸・生け花など、和の設えで統一した他にはない贅沢空間です。
茶道の実演をご覧になり、お菓子と抹茶を召し上がって、お客様ご自身でお茶をたてることができます。
茶道体験の前後に会席料理を召し上がることや、芸者遊びも可能になりました。(別途、予約が必要です。浅草 茶寮一松) Founded in 1952, Charyou Ichimatsu is a registered Tangible Cultural Property housed in a traditional Japanese-style building. At Wasako, guests are welcomed into a truly unique and refined setting featuring stone-paved hallways, a serene courtyard, tatami floors, a tokonoma alcove, special hanging scrolls, and fresh ikebana flower arrangements—an immersive atmosphere that brings the spirit of Japan to life. During the tea ceremony, you will watch a live demonstration, enjoy traditional Japanese sweets and matcha, and—if you wish—try making your own tea under gentle guidance.
Additionally, you now have the option to enjoy a multi-course kaiseki meal before or after your tea ceremony, or even participate in a traditional geisha entertainment experience. (separate reservations required Charyou Ichimatsu HP 浅草 茶寮一松).

当日の流れ Flow on the day

お会計を済ませたら、開始時間まで待合室にてお待ちください。
開始時間になりましたら、和室へお入りください。
和室では茶道の実演を致しますのでお菓子とお抹茶を召し上がりながら、ご覧ください。
希望されるお客様には実際にお茶を点てていただきます。

使ったお道具や、掛け軸や活け花の説明や日常生活に役立つお菓子の食べ方、抹茶の飲み方などもレクチャーいたします。残った時間は写真撮影などをしてお過ごしください。

最後にお土産をお受け取りいただいて体験終了です。

After paying the bill, please wait in the waiting room until the start time.
When the start time arrives, please enter the Japanese-style room.
Please watch the tea ceremony demonstration in the Japanese-style room while enjoying sweets and green tea.
If you wish, you can actually make tea.
We will also give a lecture on how to eat sweets and drink matcha tea, as well as explanations of the utensils used, hanging scrolls, and flower arrangements. The rest of the time will be spent taking pictures.
The experience ends with a souvenir.

  • 茶道体験に関して

    I don't know the etiquette of tea ceremony, is it ok?
    大丈夫です。初心者の方も、お気軽にご来店ください。
    No problem about it, just come.
    Is there a dress code for clothing? and Can I rent a kimono?
    ドレスコードはありませんが、靴を脱いでご入店ください。
    畳の上に上がりたい場合は靴下もご用意ください。靴下は店内にて500円で販売もしております。
    和服のレンタルは、写真を撮るときのみ、スタッフの着物をお貸しすることは可能です。クリーニング代として2,000円(現金のみ)ご負担ください。
    We don't have a dress code, but you take off your shoes before entering.
    If you want to go up on the tatami mat, please wear socks. Socks are available for sale in the store for 500 yen.
    You can rent a kimono, for 2000 yen in cash when only taking pictures within Wasako.

    You can make a reservation on our website or call us.
    How do I cancel?
    なるべく早くご連絡ください。２日前までの連絡は返金致します。前日キャンセルは50％のキャンセル料を、当日のキャンセルは100％のキャンセル料をご負担いただきます。
    Please tell us of your cancellation as soon as possible. Full refund up to before 2 days, 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before the event. No refund for same-day cancellations.
    When can I make a reservation?
    当日の8:59amまで予約を取ることができます。
    You are able to make a reservation until 8:59 a.m. on the same day.

    Can I enter with my child?
    ゆっくりと茶道を体験していただくため、未就学児(6歳以下)の体験参加はお断りしています。誠に申し訳ありませんが、ご了承ください。
    To keep participants focused, children under 6 years old are not allowed to participate.
    Is there parking available?
    申し訳ありませんが、駐車場の用意はありません。お近くのコインパーキングをご利用ください。
