和茶子とはConsept

日本の伝統文化である茶道を気軽に体験できる、浅草の茶道体験サロン「和茶子-wasako-」が
2025年6月30日、老舗料亭の「茶寮一松」内へ引っ越しました。
Experience the Heart of Japanese Tradition at Wasako –A Japanese Tea Ceremony Salon in Asakusa
As of June 30, 2025, Wasako, a tea ceremony salon where you will casually experience the traditional Japanese art of tea, has relocated to the historic restaurant Charyou Ichimatsu in Asakusa.

1952年創業の登録有形文化財でもある伝統的な和風建築の一軒家にて、茶道体験を受けることができます。石畳の廊下・中庭・畳・床の間・特別な掛け軸・生け花など、和の設えで統一した他にはない贅沢空間です。
茶道の実演をご覧になり、お菓子と抹茶を召し上がって、お客様ご自身でお茶をたてることができます。
茶道体験の前後に会席料理を召し上がることや、お座敷遊びも可能になりました。(別途、予約が必要です。浅草 茶寮一松) Founded in 1952, Charyou Ichimatsu is a registered Tangible Cultural Property housed in a traditional Japanese-style building. At Wasako, guests are welcomed into a truly unique and refined setting featuring stone-paved hallways, a serene courtyard, tatami floors, a tokonoma alcove, special hanging scrolls, and fresh ikebana flower arrangements—an immersive atmosphere that brings the spirit of Japan to life. During the tea ceremony, you will watch a live demonstration, enjoy traditional Japanese sweets and matcha, and—if you wish—try making your own tea under gentle guidance.
Additionally, you now have the option to enjoy a multi-course kaiseki meal before or after your tea ceremony, or even participate in a traditional geisha entertainment experience. (separate reservations required Charyou Ichimatsu HP 浅草 茶寮一松).

当日の流れ Flow on the day

お会計を済ませたら、開始時間まで待合室にてお待ちください。
開始時間になりましたら、和室へお入りください。
和室では茶道の実演を致しますのでお菓子とお抹茶を召し上がりながら、ご覧ください。
希望されるお客様には実際にお茶を点てていただきます。

使ったお道具や、掛け軸や活け花の説明や日常生活に役立つお菓子の食べ方、抹茶の飲み方などもレクチャーいたします。残った時間は写真撮影などをしてお過ごしください。

最後にお土産をお受け取りいただいて体験終了です。

After paying the bill, please wait in the waiting room until the start time.
When the start time arrives, please enter the Japanese-style room.
Please watch the tea ceremony demonstration in the Japanese-style room while enjoying sweets and green tea.
If you wish, you can actually make tea.
We will also give a lecture on how to eat sweets and drink matcha tea, as well as explanations of the utensils used, hanging scrolls, and flower arrangements. The rest of the time will be spent taking pictures.
The experience ends with a souvenir.

    Do I need any prior tea ceremony experience?
    大丈夫です。初心者の方も、お気軽にご来店ください。
    Not at all! Beginners are welcome, and we’ll guide you through each step.
    1,What should I wear?
    2,Can I wear a kimono during the experience?
    ドレスコードはありませんが、靴を脱いでご入店ください。靴下を履くか、ご用意ください。
    和服のレンタルは、写真を撮るときのみ、スタッフの着物をお貸しすることは可能です。クリーニング代として3,000円ご負担ください。
    1,Comfortable clothing is fine. Please remove your shoes before entering and wear or bring socks.
    2,Yes! You can wear a yukata, a casual kimono, for an additional ¥3,000 per person. Please request this when booking.

    How do I cancel my reservation?
    なるべく早くご連絡ください。２日前までの連絡は返金致します。前日キャンセルは50％のキャンセル料を、当日のキャンセルは100％のキャンセル料をご負担いただきます。
    Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are 50% the day before your visit and 100% on the day.
    What is the booking deadline?
    当日の8:59amまで予約を取ることができます。

    申し訳ありませんが、駐車場の用意はありません。お近くのコインパーキングをご利用ください。

    Can I participate in a wheelchair?
    誠に申し訳ございませんが、車椅子をご利用のお客様のご利用はお受けできません。当館は歴史ある建物であるため、一部のエリアでは床面に段差があり大変不安定で、スタッフが安全に移動するための身体的なサポートを提供することができません。何卒ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
    We’re very sorry, but we’re unable to accommodate guests using wheelchairs. Some areas of our historic venue are uneven, and our staff are unable to provide the physical assistance needed to navigate them safely. Thank you for your understanding.
    Can children participate?
    はい。お子様も参加したい意思があればご参加ください。大人と料金は同じです。
    茶道体験を開催する茶寮一松は登録有形文化財に指定されている歴史的に価値の高い建物です。紙や木材など壊れやすい建材も使用されており、破損や汚れを防ぐため、保護者の方がしっかりとお子様を見守り、この空間を大切に扱うようご指導ください。
    茶会では非常に熱いお湯を使用します。皆様の安全のため、お子様には席を離れないよう、また指導員の指示に従っていただくようお願いいたします。これにより、火傷やその他の事故を防ぐことができます。
    茶道体験に参加されない乳幼児の方のご同伴は、無料で承っております。万が一、お子様が泣き出した場合は、他のお客様への配慮から、落ち着くまで茶室の外でお待ちください。
    Yes! Children are welcome, as long as they are interested in taking part. The same fee applies to children and adults.

    Our tea ceremony takes place at Charyo Ichimatsu, a historic building designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property of Japan. The building features delicate traditional materials, including paper and wood. Please supervise your children and help them treat the space with care to prevent damage or stains.

    We also use very hot water during the ceremony. For everyone’s safety, please make sure your children remain seated and follow the instructor’s guidance to help prevent burns or other accidents.

    Infants and toddlers who are not participating in the tea ceremony are welcome to accompany you free of charge. If your little one begins to cry, please step out of the tea room with them until they are settled, out of consideration for other guests.
