8月になると、「立秋（りっしゅう）」という言葉を耳にすることがあります。
立秋とは、昔の日本の暦で「秋の始まり」を表す日のことです。

「えっ？まだこんなに暑いのに秋なの？」と思う方も多いかもしれません。
たしかに、外に出ると強い日差しが照りつけ、汗が止まらない日も続いています。

けれども、よく周りを見てみると、少しずつ秋の気配も感じられるようになります。
