According to the calendar, spring begins today.

I’m Shirokazu, the representative of Wasako and the blog writer, and I don’t like the cold, so I’m very happy about this.

I’m looking forward to it as I like spring wild vegetables such as butterbur sprouts, taros, kogomi, and bamboo shoots.

今日は立春。暦の上では今日から春です。
